This unique?piece?consists of a hand-carved labradorite monkey head attached to a gold pin, and?is a wonderful example of the original Victorian era trend. The 3-dimensional design depicts a small monkey's face, portrayed?with?realistic features, a wrinkled brow, and smiling expression. Two sparkling rose cut diamonds represent each of its eyes, and miniature gold earrings are attached to each ear.?The labradorite stone has a marvelous grey-green color, with soft iridescent properties and a satiny finish.
